The beginning
We are Ángel and Fernando, two food lovers who, after years in hospitality, decided to return to the source.
We wanted a place where the produce spoke clearly. Where vegetables and beef shared the spotlight. Where flavour was genuine.

The produce
La Vaca y La Huerta was born: simple cooking with character. There are no gimmicks here:

Nature sets the rhythm, not trends.
We renew the menu every season. We work with small producers, choose every ingredient carefully, and cook as we were taught at home: slowly and with soul.
